About the Role

As a Lifestyle Assistant (Disability Support Worker), you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live their best life.

Your day-to-day may include:

✅ In-home support — personal care, domestic assistance, and daily living tasks

✅ Community engagement — supporting people to participate in social and recreational activities

✅ Promoting independence and supporting NDIS plans

What We’re Looking For

• Current First Aid & CPR, or willingness to obtain (Successful applicants must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 3 months if not currently held)

• NDIS Worker Screening Card (or Yellow Card)

• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable insured vehicle

• Australian working rights

• Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster

• Ability to work effectively in a high-intensity team environment
